About

Here is a video of my story:

Hi my name is David Kimmerle...

I was born in California, raised in Utah, and adopted at the age of 9. I grew up with a horse, large yard and 3 sisters. I played high school football which led to a love of fitness and eventually bodybuilding. I have followed the sport ever since.

After graduating from high school, I owned a construction company and traveled to several countries and states for work. I have also owned a supplement distribution company in Oregon and ran several tanning and retail stores. But like the majority of us, I became a victim of the housing market and economy downfall. I lost all I had worked so hard to achieve. So at thirty, I made the decision to close my doors and lock up that future.

My attitude was horrible, I was not happy, and I was wondering what my future would hold. My reality was that I was overweight (26 percent body fat) single and unemployed. April 2008, I was home by myself and ready to do nothing (as I had been doing for months) when the gym called. The guy on the line called to invite back to the gym. I decided to pick myself up and go, and have been working out ever since. I decided it was time to stop looking back and change my life.

Since that time I have made the conscious decision try to reach my potential. I want to be the example of what hard work and faith can do for the quality and extension of life. I started my new path sleeping on a friends couch, driving back and forth to LA and with very little money for survival. My dream became important to me, and through hard work and determination I began to achieve my fitness goals one at a time. I began to feel so much better about myself and my life. I finally decided to move to LA and pursue a career in bodybuilding and training so I could share what I had learned.

I have had a lot of help and many blessings in my attempts to make a living and reach goals (covers, modeling jobs, etc.) I acknowledge everyone who has supported me and helped me succeed. Nothing comes easy, but I have learned the more I want it, the harder I try. By the grace of God, and lots of support, this has all been made possible for me.

My personal motto has become: Be proud of how far you have come, have faith in how far you can go. It is my opinion that in fitness every step counts and every little achievement should be recognized. I have come a long way but do not take it for granted so I will continue to work hard every day.

Success Story

Here is what I am now:

I've been there....

david fat transformation

Well I was broke, fat, single, depressed and confused; pick a subject. I had fallen so far down the hole that-- all I had left was potential.

Then I started back to the gym, really only because it was something I could do for a dollar a day. I could kick my own butt while releasing all the pessimistic thoughts that were consuming my life. I am not kidding, nothing is worse than feeling like a life loser.

I have been climbing the potential ladder out of that hole ever since.

Shortly after training and seeing results I made a goal in 2009 to build the body of my dreams. I decided to fuel my efforts toward this goal using the anger and frustration in my tank. I did not realize however that my life would get better, the anger would run out and I would be left with an empty tank.

I had only one tank left and it was positive, but I had no idea how to tap into it. Transitioning from a negative person into a positive person is so hard but I needed fuel.

Trying to figure out how to tap into my positive gas tank felt impossible but then it came to me. I remembered the frustration of being a consumer of products labeled with pictures I thought I could never look like. So I set another goal to go with the first one. I want to be the example of what that box or bottle can do with educated bites and steps and share my equation with the world.

Setting this specific positive goal allowed me to hold my efforts accountable and gave me an avenue of revenue. So everyday I take all my pills and supplements, I eat 6 times and train hard. I want to mold my body into something that an 18 year old kid or middle aged man would want to look like. I think because I am natural they will believe they can duplicate my results (which they can :) not getting discouraged after the first bottle or steps do not manufacture their vision of themselves.
